Description
Inaccurate or delayed diagnosis is the most common, catastrophic, and costly type of medical error. With funding from the Gordon and Betty Moore Founation, the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine (SIDM) has established the DxQI Seed Grant Program to engage healthcare organizations in an effort to identify, develop, and test interventions aimed at improving diagnostic quality and reducing harm from diagnostic error.
