Join us for our next Journal Club session where Vinita Parkash, MBBS will discuss the article, "Association of open communication and the emotional and behavioural impact of medical error on patients and families: state-wide cross-sectional survey."

Vinita Parkash is an Associate Professor of Pathology and Ob/Gyn at the Yale school of Medicine, as well as a 2018 SIDM Fellow in Diagnostic Excellence. She is a researcher under Professor Mark Schlesinger at the Yale School of Public Health studying the long-term patient perceptions of and interactions with the healthcare system after having suffered a medical error, a project sponsored by the Betsy Lehman Center for Patient Safety in Boston MA.
